Description of FFD-MT02A-T Fan Fault Detection Controller
一、Summary
The FFD-MT02A-T type controller is designed for detecting the heat dissipation fan. the opening temperature and fault current can be adjusted at will to achieve the purpose of adapting to different power motors. the key components of the circuit are all imported components to ensure reliable, stable and long-time operation of the circuit. the current sampling uses 24-bit high-precision AD devices. through careful wiring and high reliable programming, the product has a high cost-performance ratio in the industry.
Working principle: through temperature detection and current detection to control the fan work and real-time detection of whether the fan is working properly, it has a strong ability to judge the blocking and open circuit faults.

Terminal Function Definition:
1、 IN: controller power input interface, AC/220V;
2、 The OUT: controller connects the output interface of the cooling fan in the control cabinet, AC/220V, can connect to a fan within 100 W;
3.RELAY1-4: control cabinet cooling fan fault output passive dry contact, output relay contact for a group of open, a group of closed, easy to use;
4.TEMP T-/T : the external temperature probe input, the probe is M8 threaded installation, please install in the area that can best reflect the temperature of the machine room; the line should avoid the power line as far as possible. Probe lead length :3 meters ;(note: this probe adopts high precision waterproof temperature probe, do not change at will, lest affect test accuracy)
5. RELAY OUT1/OUT2: external fan controls output contacts, normally open type, contact capacity :5 A/AC250V;

六、Parameter debugging method
1. hold down the "and "-" buttons at the same time after power on, wait for the three digital tubes to shine, release the button, that is, enter the parameter adjustment mode, the fault light lights up.
2. Press "SET" key to change the parameter serial number, adjust the value of the parameter according to the following table, add one for each order.
3. when you press the digital tube to display 8888, press the ESC" key to exit the parameter adjustment mode and store the adjusted parameters.

5. current and temperature values display switching:
a、" SET" and "at the same time to display the current value (current display mode) of the fan in the current channel control cabinet; the current indicator lights up.
b、" SET"" and "-" at the same time press the ambient temperature in the current channel control cabinet (temperature display mode). The temperature indicator lights up.
c、 hold down the SET" key in current display mode to display the actual voltage input from the current controller and fan in the cabinet.
d、 hold down the SET" key to display the external temperature value in temperature display mode (0 when no temperature sensor is connected). If the function control bit is bit7 1, the internal and external are the opposite.
6. keys "CH1" and" CH2" can switch between the two channels. The first shiny digital tube is used to display channel values.
7. press the "ESC" key" to display the fault code when the fault indicator lights flicker, the fault code means as follows:

七、Troubleshooting of common problems

八、Precautions for use
1. the maximum load current of the controller is 1 A, it can not be used for a long time, nor can the output end be short-circuited.
2. product installation position should not be as close as possible to the heating electrical components, should be placed in the best place to reflect the temperature of the cabinet space.
3. make sure the wiring is correct and then electrified, otherwise the circuit will be permanently damaged.
4.Do not enter liquid or corrosive gas 4. the product to avoid abnormal or damage.
5.turn on the voltage output 3 seconds after reaching the set temperature, turn off the output when less than 2 degrees。
