Description of FD-XL2 Elevator Load Device
一、Summary
The device is suitable for all the movable bottom elevators and escalators which need to be overloaded and load signals, and can also be used for mechanical limit connection or near switch. The device has high performance-to-price ratio. Because Hall sensor is used to realize non-contact induction mode, the system does not bear elevator load directly, so it has the advantages of long working life, good stability, convenient installation and debugging, and overcomes the defects of mechanical overload switch which is easy to damage.

四、working principle
This system is based on the principle of the elastic change of the elevator moving car bottom according to the load, and the displacement change is detected by Hall sensor, so as to realize the full load, overload and analog voltage detection of the elevator car.
五、Installation method
Note: System connection support needs to be self-made according to the specific situation
六、Debugging method:
1 Please refer to the above figure to install the device with the system connection support (self-made by the user) and install it as close to the bottom of the sedan as possible.
2 The magnet is adsorbed on the bottom of the sedan chair, and the marking surface is facing the sensing point of the device.
3Install and adjust the device so that the bottom magnet is aligned with the center point of the upper end face. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the end face of the device is parallel to the end face of the magnet.
4In the elevator load, adjust the device up and down to make its indicator light yellow light (light) lighting period, this time fastening device, debugging completed.
5During overload, the indicator light of the device is red light.
6 The magnet flashes too far for the green light, and the green light is always on when the load is light.

Induction magnet is a rare rare rare earth magnet specially made with this product. It is strong in magnetism and must be careful during installation.
