Description of FFD-XP2 Elevator Load Device
一、Summary
This device is suitable for all the movable car bottom elevators and escalators which need to be overloaded and load signals, and can also be used for mechanical limit connection or near switch. The device has high performance-to-price ratio. Because Hall sensor is used to realize non-contact inductive working mode, the system does not bear elevator load directly, so it has the advantages of long working life, good stability, convenient installation and debugging, and overcomes the defects of mechanical overload switch which is easy to be damaged.

四、working principle
This system is a method to detect the overload of elevator car by Hall sensor according to the principle of elastic change of elevator moving car bottom according to load.

Please refer to the above diagram to install the device with the system connection bracket (self-made by the user) and install it as close to the bottom of the car as possible.
The magnet is adsorbed on the bottom of the car, and the mark surface is on the sensing point of the device.
Install and adjust the device so that the bottom magnet of the with the center point of the upper end face. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the end face of the device is parallel to the end face of the magnet.
During the period of overload, the indicator light of the device is yellow.
