一.Summary
Photoelectric switch is developed according to the specific needs of the elevator industry. It is mainly used for elevator shaft signal acquisition, such as door area signal, leveling signal, speed change signal, end station signal. It is widely used in elevator control and elevator monitoring. The photoelectric switch can also be used in other industrial fields.
二.Operating instructions
1、According to the corresponding wiring diagram: Red / Brown - positive or negative power supply; yellow / Blue - positive or negative power supply; green / Black - output.
2、Check whether the action of indicator light is normal.
3、When the product works, the normally open photoelectric switch is on when there is no object blocking the light path, and the output high level (+ 24 V). When an opaque object is used to block the light path, the red indicator light will be on and the output low level (0V) will be output. When the non transparent object is used to block the light path, the green indicator light will be on and the high level (+ 24 V) will be output. (normally open or normally closed can be replaced by changing the positive and negative polarity of the power supply. The upgraded version is that the unobstructed red light is on and the blocked red light is off).

Note: the output polarity can be changed by changing the positive and negative polarity of the power supply!
五.working principle:
The photoelectric switch is composed of high-quality infrared transmitting tube, infrared receiving tube, corresponding oscillating circuit and receiving driving circuit. The oscillation circuit generates a fixed frequency high-frequency shock wave, which drives the infrared transmitting circuit to send out high-frequency infrared pulse, which is called transmitting wave modulation; the receiving circuit receives the infrared pulse wave and drives the corresponding driving circuit to drive the external load. This process is called infrared demodulation. When the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit are blocked, the receiving circuit can not receive the infrared high-frequency pulse wave, and the level of the driving external circuit changes, so that the optical path is blocked!

八.matters needing attention
1. It is forbidden to directly connect the output line to the high level or low level. The load can be directly driven. The load should be connected in series and then connected to the positive or negative pole of the power supply,
2. Pay attention to the cleanness of the transmitting and receiving port holes, and there should be no opaque objects.
