一、Summary
The device is suitable for all movable sedan-bottom elevators with overload analog signals and escalators with energy saving operation can also be used for mechanical limit connection or near-switch. The device has high performance-to-price ratio. Because Hall sensor is used to realize non-contact induction mode, the system does not bear elevator load directly, so it has the advantages of long working life, good stability, convenient installation and debugging, and overcomes the defects of mechanical overload switch which is easy to damage.

四、Working principle
According to the principle of elastic change of elevator moving car bottom according to load, the displacement change is detected by Hall sensor, and the displacement is converted into 0-10 V voltage analog output by internal circuit.

Note: the system connection bracket needs to be made by the user according to the specific situation
六、Debugging method
Please refer to the above figure to install the device with the system connection support (self-made by the user) and install it as close to the bottom of the sedan as possible. The magnet is adsorbed on the bottom of the sedan chair, and the marking surface is facing the sensing point of the device.
Install and adjust the device so that the bottom magnet is aligned with the center point of the upper end face. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the end face of the device is parallel to the end face of the magnet. In the elevator load, up and down adjust the device to output the required analog quantity, this time fastening device, debugging completed.
Note: the device can also be installed on the rope head plate, through the rope head plate compression stroke for the corresponding analog voltage output.

The lead wire is usually 3 * 0.2 + 2m, which can also be reserved and processed according to customer requirements.

Note: 1. The internal resistance of output voltage is 1K. Pay attention to impedance matching when sampling.
