一、Summary
This device is suitable for all the elevators that need overload signal and escalators that need energy-saving operation. It can also be used for mechanical limit connection or proximity switch. The device has high cost performance. Because the hall sensor is used to realize non-contact induction working mode, the system does not directly bear the elevator load, so it has long service life, good stability, installation and debugging It overcomes the defect that the mechanical overload switch is easy to be damaged.

四、working principle
This system is based on the principle of elastic change of elevator's movable bottom according to the load, and detects the displacement change by Hall sensor, so as to realize the overload detection of elevator car.

Note: the system connection bracket needs to be made by the user according to the specific situation
六、Debugging method:
Please refer to the above figure to install the device with the system connection bracket (the bracket is self-made) and install it close to the middle of the car bottom as far as possible. The magnet is adsorbed on the car bottom, and the sign surface is facing the sensing point of the device.
Install and adjust the device so that the car bottom magnet is aligned with the center point of its upper end face. At the same time, it must be ensured that the end face of the device is parallel to the end face of the magnet. When the elevator is under rated load, adjust the device up and down to make its indicator light flip (or oscillate) from dark to bright. At this time, the fastening device is debugged.
七、Dimensions
The lead wire is usually 6 * 0.2 + 1.2m, which can also be reserved and processed according to customer requirements.

Induction magnet is a kind of rare earth magnet specially designed for this product. It has strong magnetism and must be careful in the installation process. At any time, the high temperature above 100 ℃ should be avoided to avoid demagnetization. The company will not be responsible for the personal and equipment losses caused by this.
