一、summary
EW-CZ03A elevator weighing switch is a new generation weighing switch product successfully developed by our factory. It can provide switching signal output of light load, full load and overload load required by elevator control. Using non-contact sensor, installation is simple and flexible, panel uses single key self-learning function, making debugging simple and convenient. It can be installed at the center of the bottom of the car or on the wire rope and rope end plate. The controller is based on the principle of elastic change of rubber block cargo spring at the bottom of elevator car with load. The displacement change is detected by Hall sensor and the corresponding displacement change is converted into voltage signal. The collected voltage analog signal is changed into digital signal after analog-to-digital conversion. The digital signal is directly transmitted to the high-performance single-chip microcomputer, and the collected digital quantity is transferred to the single-chip microcomputer After a series of calculation and processing, the output control light load, full load, overload relay output switch value.

四、Commissioning instructions
1、No load self learning:When the load in the car is in no-load condition, press the "light load learning" and "learning public" buttons for at least 3 seconds, the response indicator light flashes, and then the corresponding relay jumps three times, that is, the no-load learning is completed.
2、Full of self-learning:When the load in the car is under full load, press the "full load learning" button for at least 3 seconds, the response indicator will flash, and then the corresponding relay will jump three times to complete the full load learning.
3、Overload self-learning:When the load in the car is overloaded, press the "overload learning" button for at least 3 seconds, and the response indicator will flash, and then the corresponding relay will jump three times to complete the overload learning.
Note: when the "too far" or "too close" indicator light is on. At this time, no self-learning can be carried out. At this time, if the learning button is pressed, the indicator light of "too far" or "too close" will flash, but no learning will be carried out. The sensing surface of the sensor and the magnetic steel should be kept within a distance of 8-30mm before self-learning.

六、Debugging method:
Please refer to the above figure to install the device with the system connection bracket (the bracket is self-made) and install it close to the middle of the car bottom as far as possible. The magnet is adsorbed on the car bottom, and the sign surface is facing the sensing point of the device.
Install and adjust the device so that the car bottom magnet is aligned with the center point of its upper end face. At the same time, it must be ensured that the end face of the device is parallel to the end face of the magnet. When the elevator is under light load, ensure that the position between the sensing surface and the magnetic steel is between 20-30mm. At this time, the fastening device is debugged.

九、 Attention:
Induction magnet is a rare rare rare earth magnet specially made with this product. It is strong in magnetism and must be careful during installation. At any time, the magnet should be avoided close to 100℃ high temperature to avoid demagnetization. The company is not responsible for the loss of personal and equipment.
